Three story water front home in Kirkland. Complete electrical remodel - scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2011. We are working with Osborne Contruction on this project.
Broadmoor Residence
5000 square foot high-end home in Seattle's Broadmoor gated community. Extensive electrical remodel including new 320 amp service. Will be complete in June 2011. We worked with Newtown Builders - General Contractor, Studio Lux - Lighting Designer and Madrona Digital - Low Voltage Systems.
Hunts Point Residence
We worked with Studio Lux, a local lighting designer, to add aesthetically pleasing task lighting throughout the master suite of this beautiful water front home.
Clyde Hill Residence
Complete renovation of 5000 square foot high-end home in Clyde Hill. New 20KW generator and automatic transfer switch. Project is in still in progress. Shultz Miller is the General Contractor on this project.

We added lighting and made misc. electrical changes throughout this 900 square foot condo in Lynnwood. Catharine Links was the Interior Designer on this project.
